Welcome to Awadh Travels. By booking our services — cab, taxi, tempo traveller, or bus — you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, or our online form.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an explicit acknowledgment from our team.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking without providing reasons.
Payment
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- For outstation trips, advance payment may be required.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of departure: 50% cancellation charge applies.
- No-show or cancellation after vehicle dispatch: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup point at the agreed time.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of intoxicants inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to them.
- Passengers must carry valid government-issued ID for inter-state travel.
Delays & Liabilities
- Awadh Travels is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other force majeure events.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during transit.
- Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the booking in question.
Vehicle & Driver
- We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or better category if the originally allocated vehicle is unavailable.
- Our drivers will follow all traffic rules and regulations.
- Passengers are requested to treat drivers with respect.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ayodhya, UP.
